MOUNTAIN MOVING FAITH...

Okay, I just need to share this with you.... As many of you know, living on farm has it's perks as well as its daily "goings on"... Well, today while working, my husband got the auger (post hole digger via the PTO on the tractor) stuck...I'm talking "really stuck", in a root. Why we are digging so close to the trees is another story.... but back to this one....
So there is James trying to get the auger to come back up and the pin holding it to the shaft breaks and up comes the shaft but the auger is still about three feet in the ground.... He pulls the tractor forward and as I see the steam coming from both ears, I make an executive decision and go work on another project...
After a few minutes, I see that James is trying to dig around the auger (with no luck...finally had to get the axe) and here comes our eight year old MaKayla.... Now mind you, this child has grown up on this farm and she has a pretty good idea how stuff works....so here she comes and in her hand is a shovel.....she holds it out to her PaPa and says, "here PaPa, you can use this one, it will work." So where was her faith?
This shovel was a pretty purple PLASTIC shovel...the kind for sand.... It was just too precious to even consider it funny...
The bottom line here is that this child, in all of her faith, just KNEW that this little shovel was going to be the answer to PaPa's current crisis...
Now THAT "is" Mountain Moving Faith"!!
