Another Monday....

Indeed, it is Monday again but not just any ole Monday. My James is on vacation and he has decided that we need to stay home this time (rather than go camping!) and oy vey...he has a list!!!
Now then, if you have never been around a determined man with a list, count your blessings.....it's not that I mind, it's just that, shall we say, he becomes obsessed about every little detail....from Sun-up to sun-down and sometimes late into the night, he has a plan and we follow it to a "T".
The joy, however, of spending time together and accomplishing so much is priceless. I do look forward to next year and the increasing possibility that James will at last be retiring from Kelloggs after thirty years of service to them. It will be then that he can devote many more hours to serving God in our church and community.... That will truly be our greatest joy....
But for today, it's off to the dentist for a cleaning (his, not mine) and then to the hardware store for some supplies and once we arrive back home, we'll be tackling his list, one item at a time...
Praising God as we go, and basking in His love.....
